By applying for a volunteer position with Festival in the Park, applicant hereby consents to the conduct of a criminal records search by Pre-Employ.com and acknowledges and agrees that Festival in the Park may, in its sole discretion, use the information from such search to determine applicant's suitability for a volunteer position with Festival in the Park.
